A strong memory from my dad’s workshop were these monster rolls of zippers for tents. They were super sized, crazy plastic, and seemingly endless. 

Putting in upholstery zippers was also one of the first things dad taught me (for pocket money). But he’d laugh at the way I’ve chosen to do them in these designs.

Zip It 1 and 2 are made from haberdashery denim. The oversized chunky zippers were a find in a fabric shop. And there’s a little surprise to be found under the zippers.

Zip It is finished off with a denim studded base, and measures approximately 33cm in diameter by 33cm high.
