I started collecting teddies many many years ago. When I googled what a collection of teddy bears was called I found ‘a hug of teddies’ came up. I thought this was so sweet.   

I enjoyed making the first one so much that I made a second larger one. The teddies are hand stitched in place, and are of different types and sizes. The top is a corduroy upholstery fabric with a leather look button. This pouffe has a felt studded base and sits flat on the floor. It measures approximately 51cm in diameter by 31cm high.
